When can I expect
delivery of my order? |
All orders are shipped worldwide from
our warehouse in New York to your door step within 1-2 business
days. Please allow an additional 2-6 business days for ground

do check your order status online at our web-site before
receiving your shipping details e-mail, you will see that
the order is "New
Received Orders".

What can I do if I have not
received my order? |
If you have waited 14 business days for normal delivery
and have not received you order, please contact our Customer
Service.

Do you have my order in stock? |
All the products on holylandimports.com are available in
stock, and ready to be ordered.
• Unlike most other internet retailers, Holy Land
Imports carries a full inventory for every product we sell
here in our New York warehouse.
• This means that when we say an item is in stock,
we mean it.
• In rare cases, however, we may take your order and
then discover that the product is not available for shipping
(i.e., it is damaged or defective).
• In the case Holy Land Imports is not able to ship
out your product you have ordered, we will notify you via
e-mail that it is on backorder and do our utmost to fulfill
the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option
to cancel the order.
• Because of the great deals we offer, many of our
products sell out very quickly.

What is your lead time for reorders? |
